The Association between Mindfulness and Resilience among University Students: A Meta-Analysis

Based on the concept of education for sustainable development (ESD), both individual mindfulness and resilience play a vital role in developing students’ competences ESD. Across 20 samples, this meta-analysis investigated association between among university student population. The results revealed that (1) two constructs were significantly correlated, with moderate effect (r = 0.465); (2) cultural background national economic level, as well type measurement scale, did not relationship constructs; (3) scale was statistically significant moderator students; (4) dimension observing presented lowest correlation resilience, while acting awareness non-reacting shown most relevant dimensions target group. findings study convey important implications ESD within context.
